Nature of Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The services offered are personalized and provided exclusively at the client&#8217;s request, depending on:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>destination<\/li>\n<li>date and time interval<\/li>\n<li>number of persons<\/li>\n<li>vehicle type<\/li>\n<li>established route<\/li>\n<li>specific requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prices are not displayed publicly on the website and do not constitute a general commercial offer. Each service is quoted individually, based on a request submitted by the client.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Order procedure and contract formation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The procedure is as follows:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The client sends a request by email or phone.<\/li>\n<li>SC Quadrion Tour SRL sends a personalized quote.<\/li>\n<li>The client confirms acceptance of the quote.<\/li>\n<li>An invoice or secure payment link is issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2696\ufe0f **By making payment** (bank transfer or online card payment), the client confirms:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>acceptance of the personalized offer<\/li>\n<li>acceptance of these Terms and Conditions<\/li>\n<li>conclusion of the service provision contract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Payment constitutes a firm and final agreement regarding the provision of the service according to the agreed parameters.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Payment methods<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Payment for services can be made by:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bank transfer<\/li>\n<li>Cash (where legally applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Online payment with credit card (Visa \/ Mastercard), through Banca Transilvania payment processor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For online payment, individually generated secure payment links are used, corresponding to the amount stated in the accepted quote.<\/p>\n<p>SC Quadrion Tour SRL does not store and has no access to credit card data. Payment processing is carried out exclusively through secure systems of authorized financial institutions.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Under article 16 letter c of OUG 34\/2014 regarding consumer rights, the right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply in case of:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>personalized services<\/li>\n<li>services with a determined execution date or period<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The services provided by SC Quadrion Tour SRL are personalized services with a determined execution date, therefore they do not benefit from the right of withdrawal after order confirmation and payment.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cancellation conditions are communicated in the quote or contract.<\/p>\n<p>In case of cancellation:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the advance may be non-refundable if this was specified in the quote<\/li>\n<li>penalties proportional to already incurred costs may be applied<\/li>\n<li>cancellation must be submitted in writing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After the established service date or after its completion, cancellation is no longer possible.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Refund policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Refunds can be made only in situations expressly provided in the quote or in case of non-performance of the service due to the sole fault of the company.<\/p>\n<p>After the service is provided according to the accepted quote:<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd12 **The paid amount cannot be refunded.**<\/p>\n<p>In case a refund is approved, it will be made using the same payment method originally used, within a maximum of 14 business days.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Service execution and proof of performance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The service is considered performed at the moment the transport is completed according to the route and date established in the accepted quote.<\/p>\n<p>Service parameters (date, route, duration, vehicle) constitute proof of performance of the contractual obligation.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Limitation of liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The company cannot be held liable for delays or changes caused by:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Weather conditions<\/li>\n<li>Traffic restrictions<\/li>\n<li>Authority inspections<\/li>\n<li>Force majeure<\/li>\n<li>Other circumstances beyond its control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10.
