The company provides road passenger transport services, domestic and international, on an occasional basis and minibus/coach rental.

2. Nature of Services

The services offered are personalized and provided exclusively at the client’s request, depending on:

  • destination
  • date and time interval
  • number of persons
  • vehicle type
  • established route
  • specific requirements

Prices are not displayed publicly on the website and do not constitute a general commercial offer. Each service is quoted individually, based on a request submitted by the client.

3. Order procedure and contract formation

The procedure is as follows:

  • The client sends a request by email or phone.
  • SC Quadrion Tour SRL sends a personalized quote.
  • The client confirms acceptance of the quote.
  • An invoice or secure payment link is issued.

⚖️ **By making payment** (bank transfer or online card payment), the client confirms:

  • acceptance of the personalized offer
  • acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
  • conclusion of the service provision contract

Payment constitutes a firm and final agreement regarding the provision of the service according to the agreed parameters.

4. Payment methods

Payment for services can be made by:

  • Bank transfer
  • Cash (where legally applicable)
  • Online payment with credit card (Visa / Mastercard), through Banca Transilvania payment processor

For online payment, individually generated secure payment links are used, corresponding to the amount stated in the accepted quote.

SC Quadrion Tour SRL does not store and has no access to credit card data. Payment processing is carried out exclusively through secure systems of authorized financial institutions.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under article 16 letter c of OUG 34/2014 regarding consumer rights, the right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply in case of:

  • personalized services
  • services with a determined execution date or period

The services provided by SC Quadrion Tour SRL are personalized services with a determined execution date, therefore they do not benefit from the right of withdrawal after order confirmation and payment.

6. Cancellation policy

Cancellation conditions are communicated in the quote or contract.

In case of cancellation:

  • the advance may be non-refundable if this was specified in the quote
  • penalties proportional to already incurred costs may be applied
  • cancellation must be submitted in writing

After the established service date or after its completion, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Refund policy

Refunds can be made only in situations expressly provided in the quote or in case of non-performance of the service due to the sole fault of the company.

After the service is provided according to the accepted quote:

In case a refund is approved, it will be made using the same payment method originally used, within a maximum of 14 business days.

8. Service execution and proof of performance

The service is considered performed at the moment the transport is completed according to the route and date established in the accepted quote.

Service parameters (date, route, duration, vehicle) constitute proof of performance of the contractual obligation.

9. Limitation of liability

The company cannot be held liable for delays or changes caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic restrictions
  • Authority inspections
  • Force majeure
  • Other circumstances beyond its control

10. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR) and is used exclusively for:

  • Processing requests
  • Issuing tax documents
  • Communicating information about the service

Data is not commercialized and is not transmitted to third parties, except where required by law or necessary for payment processing.

11. Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved amicably.

If this is not possible, jurisdiction rests with the courts in Romania.

12. Final provisions

SC Quadrion Tour SRL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, with modifications being applicable from the date of publication on the website.
